Uplinked-Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to or using Uplinked’s services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Uplinked provides 24/7 technical support and guidance through instant connection to a support specialist, available via phone or other communication methods. Our specialists may use a combination of automated systems, virtual assistants, and human experts to deliver assistance.
3. Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, at the rate displayed during signup.
Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our guarantee policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Guarantees
60-Second Connection Guarantee: If you are not connected to a support specialist within 60 seconds after initiating a support request, you are eligible for six (6) months of service at no charge.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the Service within your first subscription period, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when seeking support.
6. Service Limitations
We aim to resolve issues promptly, but resolution times and outcomes may vary based on the complexity of the issue.
Certain problems may require vendor-specific intervention that is beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials associated with Uplinked are the property of [Your Company Name] and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplinked is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or downtime costs, arising from the use of our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
